We primarily provide legal assistance with the management and adjustment of spousal property regimes, including prenuptial agreements, the narrowing or expansion of spousal property, and the settlement of joint assets. We also assist clients in navigating the often- sensitive issues surrounding divorce and related matters, including spousal support and arrangements concerning minor children both before and after divorce. This includes custody and visitation agreements, determination and modification of child support, and enforcement of support obligations. Representation before the relevant courts and administrative authorities is, of course, included as part of our services.
