Oproti za\u017eit\u00e9 praxi ne\u00fa\u010dtujeme po zapo\u010dat\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch, ale po \u010dtvrthodin\u00e1ch. Tedy 650 K\u010d plus DPH za zapo\u010datou \u010dtvrthodinu. V\u00fdsledn\u00e1 cena tak l\u00e9pe odpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u010dasov\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce. S n\u00e1mi se V\u00e1m nestane, \u017ee byste platili plnou hodinovou sazbu nap\u0159. za pouh\u00e9 zvednut\u00ed telefonu.\n<br><br>\nU n\u011bkter\u00fdch slu\u017eeb je mo\u017en\u00e9 dohodnout se dop\u0159edu na pevn\u00e9 cen\u011b. Tyto n\u00e1klady nese ze z\u00e1kona klient. Vynalo\u017een\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stek s V\u00e1mi budeme v\u017edy konzultovat.\n<br><br>\nN\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edstup je pro klienta v drtiv\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f podstatn\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e z\u00e1konn\u00fd re\u017eim, tedy odm\u011bna dle tzv. advok\u00e1tn\u00edho tarifu (vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka MS\u010cR \u010d. 177\/1996 Sb.), kterou je advok\u00e1t od klienta opr\u00e1vn\u011bn po\u017eadovat, pokud se s n\u00edm nedohodne jinak.\n<br><br>\nV\u017edy usilujeme o maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed kompenzaci n\u00e1klad\u016f na pr\u00e1vn\u00ed slu\u017eby protistranou. M\u016f\u017ee se tak st\u00e1t, \u017ee klient z\u00edsk\u00e1 na\u0161e pr\u00e1vn\u00ed slu\u017eby prakticky zadarmo. Kompenzac\u00ed se rozum\u00ed n\u00e1hrada n\u00e1klad\u016f, kterou protistrana uhrad\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b rozhodnut\u00ed soudu, spr\u00e1vn\u00edho org\u00e1nu \u010di jin\u00e9 instituce, nebo u\u017e v r\u00e1mci mimosoudn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Jestli\u017ee kompenzace dos\u00e1hneme, n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed klientovi do v\u00fd\u0161e zaplacen\u00e9 odm\u011bny. Pokud tato kompenzace p\u0159es\u00e1hne \u010d\u00e1stku zaplacen\u00e9 odm\u011bny, \u010din\u00ed tento rozd\u00edl sou\u010d\u00e1st na\u0161\u00ed odm\u011bny.\n<br><br>\n<b>Odli\u0161n\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/b>\n<br><br>\nFixn\u00ed odm\u011bna, limit (cap) \u2013 Pokud je mo\u017en\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00fd rozsah slu\u017eeb dob\u0159e odhadnout, jsme schopni V\u00e1m nab\u00eddnout pr\u00e1vn\u00ed slu\u017eby za fixn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stku, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b omezit celkovou odm\u011bnu cenov\u00fdm limitem. \n<br><br>\nPau\u0161\u00e1l \u2013 Jestli\u017ee m\u00e1te z\u00e1jem popt\u00e1vat pr\u00e1vn\u00ed slu\u017eby pravideln\u011b a m\u00e1te alespo\u0148 p\u0159ibli\u017enou p\u0159edstavu o rozsahu takov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, je mo\u017en\u00e9 V\u00e1m vyj\u00edt vst\u0159\u00edc formou tzv. pau\u0161\u00e1lu.
